This Jade pendant is an beautifully hand carved Chinese Magpie Bird. The Chinese Magpie Bird symbolizes Intelligence, Joy, well-being and and Happiness according to Chinese culture. The pendant is very detailed pierce carved, where they carve the piece all the way through to the back. It takes a lot more time and effort and makes for an even more beautiful piece. It is the Magpie bird and has very artistic carvings of Chinese flowers around the Magpie, and has been hand carved by a well-known Chinese Master Jade Carver. This pendant is on a adjustable Chinese Silk cord that is adjustable from 14 inches to 22 inches. The color of the pendant is gorgeous Light Lavender Jade with specks of Black Jade. The quality, clarity and color of this Jade pendant are excellent. The translucent quality is also excellent.
